Concerns and Complaints Process

1. For Staff – outlined in Staff Manual (Page 15 and 22)

2. For Students – refer to Te Punawai o Hauora (Student Centre)

3. For Parents – refer to Whanau Teacher, Dean or Deputy Principal

4. Formal Concern or Complaint –

i. To be in writing to the Principal

ii. Letter will be acknowledged in writing

iii. The matter will be investigated

iv. And a reply sent regarding action/resolution

If the complainant is not satisfied with the Principal’s response –

i. They need to write to the Board

ii. Letter will be acknowledged in writing

iii. The matter will be investigated

iv. And a reply sent regarding action/resolution
